Mama Bear is a stay at home mother of two. A twelve year old son, Boog, and a six year old daughter, Bug. She has been with her now husband, Hubby, for almost 14 years. She lives in Canada’s most beautiful province (in her opinion), Nova Scotia. She is an eclectic (and eccentric) witch, and a Hellenic pagan. She has a dark, sarcastic sense of humour, and a love of all things strange.

I have spent most of my life in the pursuit of other people’s happiness, and what for? I have lost a great deal of my time on other people, and not half enough on my children, my husband, and most importantly, myself. What good am I to others if I am no good to myself? I have tried to walk many paths to be with people who gladly leave me behind.  It has done me no good trying to walk another’s footsteps. Do not worry what path another person is on. Follow your own, and whether it be sooner or later, your tribe will emerge on the twists and bends. The people you are supposed to walk with will walk with you as long as they are supposed to. How long we can never tell. I have decided in the past two years to do me. To do what makes me happy. To spend time with my family. To experience life in the Maritimes. To follow my spiritual path, and enhance my magikal one.  I encourage you to follow your own path. Enjoy your journey, and make it your own. It is here that I will give you snippets of my path as a Mama Bear, a wife, a family member, a friend, a witch, a pagan, and everything else I become along this winding trail, and I welcome you to join me.
